looks like EU3 was just DDoS at about 6:03 
working on bringing it back up now

updated lists and added a few more blocklist providers to try an filter these bad networks
EU3 is back online again but will monitor anyways hope it has less issues but time will tell

i monitor the network & pools on & off did not see a major outage ...,
do you know what time utc this was ? may be helpful info if avail ... thx

attack started on NY2 at about 22:32-22:36 GMT/UTC and was mostly from Russian and Ukrainian IP's, NY2 was not out for very long and was back online within about 30mins
on EU3 from the logs I notice some high network from about 12:00-18:30 GMT/UTC but only about a 3rd of the bandwidth used to DDoS NY2 (bit weird as EU3 was closer to those IP's
)after checking logs and monitoring it looks ok for now
Thanks to MarSas for reporting the issue I do appreciate anyone reporting strange behavior on the pools

Are there any problems with EU3? The pool seems to be intermittently dead, my miners keep switching to NY2.
will check it out I just noticed that NY2 has been DDoS'ed will double check EU3 might need to block some more networks

NY2 back online checking for issues on EU3 now

blocked a few networks and tweaked the auto admin's heuristics on EU3 see if thats better
I also switched one of my miners to EU3 so will monitor for awhile just incase

LA is back and i notice gradually more and more hash rate on the network..... as i said before 2015 is going to be a very good year.
I updated photon, electron and lithium to 2015 and (few minor items) figured would mention it here.
Also fixed the client names in Photon and Electron and added a new checkpoint to Photon.

yeah LA1 and main site got DDoS early this morning both were down for a few hours as I was sleeping
site is back up and running and I am working on LA1 now should be back in up once the wallets sync

I think they needed to modify the miner to add the Blake-256 algo to their story. However, Unitus cannot be merge mined with other coins from the Blake family.
