ok i just bought some BLOCK at the ATH.. only bought $100 usd worth.. got a newbie question

If I transfer the BLOCK to my wallet and run the blocknet wallet on my pc, am i going to get back any block via proof of share?

You'll get PoS / Proof of Stake rewards, yes.
3% annually.

in your case: (100USD is about 16 BLOCK @ $6)
16 BLOCK * 0.03 = 0.48 BLOCK / year

Damn there's not many left for sale, it's gonna cost for a node now.

Given the tech that's about to be unleashed, there is a high possibility of a 1 billion marketcap, giving a cost of $250 a coin.

I think it's doable over the next year.

that's over a million a node

Yes, you can still buy enough blocks for a node. No problem. Just pop over to bittrex.  Price going up fast today however. Block supply is dwindling as only 3.9 million exist.

I think this should be added to the OP...cool stuff.

Going to experiment with the trader node, see if I can get a coin I have linked.

Went over the guide really quick, I'm guessing setting up a node will be user friend to setup in the future.

So service node is the one that earns from exchange fees and min 5000 coins to run a service node.

But wondering a trader node doesn't require a minimum amount, also guessing it doesn't earn from running it but used for exchanging one coin to another.

And it's at $5.51 now. You should just make a bot to repost this every other day, you'd probably catch it at its all time high every time Wink

Blocknet is looking big revolution which is coming slowly slowly it looking only strong hands will make profit in that situation. I would like to suggest hold all your coins and don't sell them under $200 because it is really big thing.

did the survey/marketing response
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdQEI4De6mZ-ncK2bre_emhXcvBBiuPjAprG7V_mQSkuV64iA/viewform

only reason don't tell friends is they don't know what I'm on about
tried for years for them to get crypto and even said would do for them and store etc, but no interest lol
they're not techy

keep going from strenth to strength and thanks for all your hard work synechrist

might be worth posting survey link to slack AND telegram groups

I did try to get my friends on board too,but it looks like biggest part of people are so fooled from time of school, what they don't see another way to get money, except working for someone else.We all are here, because we don't want to work for someone else.

I have bought my first block in ICO,and sold it after poloniex delisted it.I was noob, and didn't follow further development, but anyway I'm glad to be on board.Better later than never.

And yes, thank you synechrist and others, who helped to build this project and community.

To commodify ethicality is to ethicise the market

It won't drop much if it does at all, maybe 50 cents for people that bought dirt cheap weeks/months back
kicking myself as been in stealthcoin thread for years! never really looked into blocknet as I should have done as thought stealth was ideally placed as the currency, didn't think about coins to run network and to be our own exchange and to kill the shitty centralised scammy exchanges

got me some, nowhere near enough past week or two

no exchanges are trusted by average traders like ourselves, bittrex is ok, second best of the medium exchanges, but withdrawal limits very low, if btc keeps mooning it will be like 1 btc a day after id! for max withdrawal

I can see them being traded on the exchange itself for other coins, ltc etc, coins that work unlike btc lol
realistically i would rather be hodling block than ltc
imho block > ltc  already

prie just needs to catch up
to be honest price is not mooning at all, been around same price past week or two $3-4.50

plus bittrex charge 0.2 block for withdrawal, this is insane, dates back to when block was cheap

ppc for example is 0.02 withdrawal and a third of the price!

devs need to point out to bittrex

theres not really enough coins or volume yet to get on a major exchange, again we are direct competition so doubt they would anyway. we will get to point where no-one wants to sell, maybe a few scraps from minting/mining

my realistic estimate for next coming month say 30 days is $60-80 range each for block, it can moon on from that dependant on how much trades take place and how much trade people getting of d/ex

theres some laughable coins on hundreds of millions mark and billions just on one adoption
ripple, digibyte etc

adoption by others wont happen, like big names, but can be a big name killer, like ebay

there are no limits. eth price for a sub 4 million supply with what block has is definitely possible
