Is the Chain of Conflict project still a live? I have tested some older versions and it looked great!
Yes it is still alive, but the main developer, KinArbinV, is currently absent or offline a few days.

Yeah 2.1.2 is not working it seems, no nodes? What caused this?

A couple of days ago, it only took me few hours syncing the wallet after downloading and using the bootstrap.
So... what was the outcome? did it worked for you? how much time did it take?
Just curious to get some stats

Added all those nodes, but still have the same problem as you. Mine says 0 active connections.
I would advise to try 2.1.3.1 https://github.com/UdjinM6/Coin2.1/releases
Please be aware of 2.1.3 changes though:
