Launching ICOs in bearish market is a worst idea and to invest in down trend is even more worse. Azbit is struggling to meet the softcap. I will suggest W12 managers to postponed the sales to further in 2019.

If there is such agreements with important entities then I'm sure they would publish it asap but I hope they will have some strategic partnerships soon.
