What fix are you talking about? Is there a problem with Datacoin?

will it be on ypool.net?

still no answers from ypool, their admin seems to have some individual thoughts against Datacoin Sad Anyway, fix from oocook5u should come soon, in this case it will be much easier to create our own pool (or several pools)

yeah 9.62 diff . Only 1 week after the launch.
Primecoin made it in 1 month...

You should wait for promotions that will come soon... possibly together with pool Wink

PHS 50% PoS - Stop mining start minting
The price is currently 0.0005, that's 0.5$/DTC.
That's great.

It could be much better. DTC are extremely hard to mine.

Dif seems to still be rising too

Max, I am perfectly aware of the change, my question relates on the conceptual details on the adding checkpoint at this time. Isn't that too early? What is the checkpointing policy? Shall other users be enforced to update the wallet S/W? These are questions, not the code change.

Checkpoints used to serve kind of performance shortcut to bypass some DS verifications, if I am right. Then the question is there any serious perf impact at this block height?

Sorry yvg, my answer was such because I hadn't get question in your previous post - too much work here and there.

oocook5u didn't tell me any details regarding this change, so I cannot say anything new to you, sorry. I'll update you as soon as I get any info, but I suggest that oocook will update you earlier Wink

If you want to work with latest version, compile datacoin-hp from new sources.
Also this is for anyone who works on forked repo.

I understand

i think that decisions must be taken by collectiv.
I think you are bloating the dev thread.
