Luckily for you, the price in yobit remains close enough to the Market price. So the best thing you can do is sell your yobit credit and withdraw, then buy it back in another exchange

The decred team is not in control of the yobit wallet. Yobit does not seem interested in ever fixing it.

Will be the release of v1.0
The out of beta phase.
Wallets with gui, POS mining and voting for all OSs.
There will also be the first vote on mainnet.
Remembering that the vote on testnet was a success and the decision implemented automatically in the blockchain without human intervention. Alien tech Grin
