The network mining power for last day (and currently) has been several times lower than 3-4 day ago (currently about 1/9 of the last max), also similarly difficulty, then the rate of BTC/DIGI comes to level of <0.000020. 

I also am having no problems mining

There is on their end, on digi.maxminers.net mining pool is everything OK what I can see.

So do the Lifeforce mining pool issues have anything to do with it being February 20th?  Or is it an issue on their end?

We finished a "TRAILER" phase of DIGI a coin for crowdtrading. "Trailer" was that we have been trying any adoption this coin on the market. We have been testing crowdtrading by BTC and we have been looking for soon implementation of DIGI. We have been seeking all your opinions, searching for partners, etc.
This "TRAILER" phase finished on 20th February 2015 with thoughts mentioned below in "PART 0 - conclusions after TRAILER phase".
Currently we are in the "COMING SOON" phase which takes about 3 months.

PART 0 - conclusions after TRAILER phase

1. DIGI was not often used in TRAILER phase as a profitable mining scrypt coin, profitability was many times better than relevant mining of LTC (as a daily production converted to BTC), but number of active miners has not been growing up significantly during the TRAILER phase. Also we have faced that very profitable mining of this coin isn't a driver to improve a number of DIGI users.
2. Crowdtrading is to be reconfigured during COMING SOON phase as mentioned in below description of "PART 1 - COMING SOON - scope of work"
3. There are many new business approaches which have to be explored during COMING SOON phase.

PART 1 - COMING SOON - scope of work

Around three months for doing:

0. Still supporting the mining activity on DIGI as it is today.

1. Design our new UK licensed crowdfunding platform integrated with capitalDIGI.com, where DIGI will be the most important element to execute the whole process. The new platform will be finally licensed in the BETA RELEASE phase (after current "COMING SOON" phase") and it will be dedicated to be a source for crowdtrading startups in capitalDIGI. IN THIS PLATFORM EACH OWNER OF DIGI WILL HAVE A SPECIAL POSSIBILITY TO CONVERT HIS DIGI TO THE CRYPTO SHARES BY THE SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNT.

●   Detail exploring and understanding by FCA specialists our existing platform capitalDIGI.com especially functioning trade of altcoins and digital tokens here
●   Breaking down our business model for the crowdfunding site by FCA specialists
●   Understanding by FCA specialists the existing technology available for crowdfunding
●   Discussing by FCA specialists with our current team for crowdfunding and any outstanding skills needed
●   Identifying our financial model by FCA specialists for the crowdfunding site
●   Discussing with FCA specialists the customer support aspects of the site and operational needs
●   Designing the basic process flow for offering crowdfunding in the form of cryptoshares or PoS coins apart from typical fiat currencies fundraising which will be applied typically for the platform
●   Exploring by FCA specialists how the secondary market will work for cryptoshares or PoS altcoins
●   Understanding by FCA specialists the full architecture of the technology to be used and the interaction of the decentralised and centralised platform
●   Discussing with FCA specialists with the technical team what technical adjustments are required to the crowdfunding site to accommodate fiat currencies, cryptoshares or altcoins (including PoS)
●   Discussing with FCA specialists with the technical team what client applications will be used to store the fiat currencies, cryptoshares or altcoins (including PoS) outside of the crowdfunding site

2. Launching our social lending network where DIGI and capitalDIGI.com will be the most important internal transactions system. It will be an additional frontend designed for external users (from the fiat currency market) where they will not see that DIGI is a middleware. So that will be a result that owners of DIGI will have possibility to trade internally on capitalDIGI by the huge discount in comparison of external users on the fiat market.

3. Starting our fundraising project on crowdondigi.com focused on the crypto-currency world which will help us finalize BETA RELEASE phase for the common cryptofunding +cryptotrading (as mentioned in point 1.) Owners of DIGI will have SPECIAL OFFER to transfer DIGI into shares of our company.

4. Starting experiment using DIGI as discount token in the chosen shopping network ready to buy it by a typical consumer. It will help owners of DIGI to sell DIGI through capitalDIGI in better price than normal rate BTC/DIGI.

As a summary of the scope - we will try to adjust more business adoption of DIGI than only mining.

But currently is under 1.3 gH/s at the price estimated for much over 2 gH/s as it was during the day

Mining power has been up above 2GH most of the day, let's hope it is reflected in the price

Ups and downs.
After yesterday's large power of mining network for DIGI we can observe today 3x lower power.
So adequately DIGI is depreciated today, after big appreciation yesterday.

Difficult to say, I can see that we have already 4.6 gH/s.
We will calculate it in 2-3 hours ;-)

What do you anticipate the value becoming today Mario?

Probably this is not a reason, I can see about 4gH/s at this moment, so I think the rate BTC/DIGI will grow up today during calculation of the official rate by us.
Theoretically people should buy DIGI to have possibility to sell it in hours, but nobody can full estimate the market behavior.

Perhaps mining power will drop off and I can get more :-)

Sometimes the order book is short.
But before a moment I put several animation orders and seems it is OK.

Eek - orderbook is only showing about 566 coins for bid (at the time of this post).  So what will happen when no one is buying these coins?

Everything was OK during restarting the seed node - a maintenance action has been done.

We got an official response from FCA about capitalDIGI.com which is neutral (we think good for us)

To remind about today's 10 seconds maintenance action

Due to the maintenance purpose of the server we will turn off a seed node for about 10 seconds on 15th February (Sunday) at 11pm GMT and we will restart it immediately using the same current blockchain obviously.

We recommend you to check miners' status after this restarting, in some cases then can be but must not be a necessity to restart them.

Ups and downs.

For last two day we have seen a big appreciation of BTC to fiat currencies (including GBP).
There is a lower power of DIGI network, so DIGI is a bit depreciated to BTC.
