From what I can gather, its not only for game currency, but a for a medium for exchanging all game related items e.g. accounts and goods as well. I guess it works similar to http://www.playerauctions.com, where you can buy experience coin and use it towards buying listed items buy other individuals, or vice versa, you can sell items for experience coin and it is then listed on the site.

So if I understand this correctly Experience coin are exchanged for the in game currency of the customers choice. I'm assuming this will be done on the website. If you can get this coin listed on the coin payment gateways, you can heavily market the websites that sell eve, and other in game currency vouchers.
But as someone who tried the mining in eve to sell the ISK earned, it wasn't worth the effort on my end to build up my ship, to have it destroyed by a bot while I was asleep because the mining bot I was using didn't run when it should of.
But in my experience so far in crypto. Service oriented coins tend to do pretty well as long as the service promised is delivered on time and within scope.
Do you have a roadmap or whitepaper by chance?

Just a note: For those of you who are on the side lines still wondering if you should get involved, consider investing a couple of dollars into EPC and get roughly 100k-500k. Worst case, you lose a couple of bucks, best case you make a a couple of hundred dollars. The scenario is a far stretch, but still a possibility.

Hopefully this coin does well. Gaming coins seem to do okay from what I have seen.

just a side note: If we can have a volume of 0.2 BTC on https://c-cex.com/?p=epc-btc, the coin might be saved from delisting.
If you have considered getting into EPC, or would like to get more, I'd suggest doing it now, this would not only fulfill that objective, but might also save the coin from delisting.
