I don't understand why some countries legalize cryptocurrencies, others - forbid...and sometimes such things occurs inside one country...

Israel Might Ban Public Firms from Bitcoin Trading

Israeli bitcoin trading companies are likely to face tighter rules forced by the country's finance regulator.

By Reuters, in a business conference on Dec. 26, the head the Israel Securities Authority (ISA) Shmuel Hauser promised to present a proposal to the ISA board next week, which will attempt to ban any company with a major involvement in bitcoin trading from the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

Hauser stated:

"If we have a company [and] their main business is digital currencies, we would not allow it. If already listed, its trading will be suspended."

According to Hauser, if the proposal is signed, it would have to go through a public hearing before the domestic exchange is required to abide the new laws.

Belarus Cuts Taxes For Crypto Companies

Taxes for crypto-businesses are cut by the Belarus government to promote the development of tech and financial startups.

Belarus government has passed new statutes focused partly on promoting the development of companies that incorporate cryptocurrency and blockchain.

In accordance with the state-owned media agency BelTA, on Dec. 22 Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko signed a digital economy development decree that constitutionally enshrines the use of rising technologies like blockchain. The decree also offers major tax incentives to interest business activity.

The decree, as summarized by a Belarus IT firm that supported the legislation, boosts development of the country's High-Tech Park, an economic zone the government wants to present as a hub for tech and financial startups.

Creation of the marketing campaign, which includes setting a budget, selecting audience targeting and site topics, uploading promotional visual materials and adding advertisement texts.
Balance replenishment. Currently, the balance can be topped up with Ethereum, but we are working on accepting the AB-CHAIN token as well.
The Review of analytics of all campaigns.

2. The publisher’s account is currently undergoing internal alpha testing, and is being prepared for the live tests on the market.

3. Having received the feedback from publishers, we are continuing the development of the AB-CHAIN widget. We are also working on the interface which will allow publishers to review statistics of the installed widgets as well as keep track of incoming payments and payment history.

4. We are conducting a live test of the AB-CHAIN token burning mechanism that makes use of the blockchain technology.

5. Additionally, we have integrated Sendsay mailing service, which will simplify and automate communication with AB-CHAIN clients and investors and allow to direct even more efforts to product development.
