If it is actually resurrected, wouldn't it be fair to fork it from an earlier block? Because now there's probably been only one miner who's gotten all the blocks for months.

I don't think that she or he mined so many iCoins. I mined my last iCoins at the beginning of September (when icn.multi-pool.eu stopped) and the block was about 122000.
Now about 700 blocks leave to block-halving.
We all should donate the dev team if any occurs

If (not likely, but if) a new dev team takes over, and the coin gets any value at all, he will dump them.
Better way will be to start a new iCoin...

People could just do some giveaways too, I'd be happy to giveaway most of what I am earning at the moment if it means getting the coins back on the market
