You should make more services. Like consulting the new projects. Probably you already have quite a lot of experience and you'll get even more. The budget planning isn't the only weak point, you know.
Like helping the team to think through and plan the development stages. Sometimes a team has a viable idea but it has to be adjusted or smth

We require 14 different kind of documents at the compliance check. (For more information check the whitepaper) We run the owners and team members through an AML software.
After the documents are provided, BlokBiz inspects them and organizes a meeting with the team (video chat on Skype). It takes about 1-2 hours.
On the meeting there will be an introduction from each team member, and we will ask several questions regarding their project.
From the answers and from the documents that was provided for us we will be able to evalute the viability of the project, the professionalism of the team members.
If they pass on every stage we can start the supervised fundraising and then the project management which is the key part of our methods.

How many projects you can work with at a time?
One project manager can work with maximum of 3 projects at the same time. We set the limit there to maximize the productivity and attention for each and every project.

How are you going to check that a project is fullfilling it's commitments and it's time to transfer the next portion of funds? It's still possible to be hacked.

BlokBiz will assign a project manager for each and every project that can be listed on our site.
This project manager will be close contact with the company and demands a weekly report. At the end of each stage the company has to prove it's work by showing the results.
The project manager has the responsibility to provide weekly report to the investors as well and opinion about the quality of work so the investors will have a third-party objective opinion about the whole project.
When the project manager publishes the results to the investors they have the opportunity to make comments and additional requests.
If the project can provide a proof of work and show the result within the deadline of the stage they can proceed to the next stage and receive the next installment.

Of course not! That's why BlokBiz inspects the business plan as well and have a video chat interview with the team itself. There is where we can evaluate the viability of the project. A project without any future potential has no right to raise money on our site.
