Two things:
1) theres room enough for multiple blockchain banking apps (change, tenx, polybius, ...)
2) when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is

In the longer run, as stated in the whitepaper, we are aiming for a banking license at a global financial hub, the selection of which will largely depend on the country we have most users from.
