I like the idea of cryptobank. As far as I understand I will be able to register an account in such bank and pay with any currency fiat or crypto not having to interact with any exchanges myself?

The more I look into the project the more potential I see. Very unfortunate US and China citizens won't be taken on board at least legally 
why not? CRPT is a utility token, it is not a security. You can buy them legally being a China or US citizen

At this point there are no restrictions for any country citizens in place. Everyone can participate in token sale. In case some restrictions appear it will be clearly declared in WP.

Yes, we have cashback program. Cashback is paid monthly for token holders in CRPT token equivalent based on its actual rate.
Token holders benifits from every transaction they make inCrypterium. If you take closer look at section 8.7.2 of WP you may find there will be a total of 4 Loyalty Groups (LG) in Cashback Program. Users will be naturally subdivided into LG based on token amount they continuously hold within a month time. Next thing to know is there is a Monthly Cashback Fund (please see more details in WP section 8.7.2 or welcome to further ask here) to be divided in 4 shares, 1 for each LG. Now we know every CRPT token holder will belong to a certain LG while each LG will be assigned particular share of MCF. Actual cashback amount a user will receive will depend on his personal share in his LG total transactions amount, to put it easy way if his transactions stand for 10% of total transactions amount for his LG then a user will be receiving 10% of MFC dedicated to his LG.

Yes, the remaining tokens will not be issued.

How does your token distribution work?
Technical limit to the number of tokens 300,000,000 (three hundred million).
70% total ICO distribution to the community together with the option (valid for 1 day after
the ICO) for our ICO partners to acquire up to $1m at the initial offering price. 15% deferred addition funding, 9% reserved for the founders and management of the ICO, 3% reserved for ICO partner advisers, 3% : Reserved for marketing campaign team.
In the event that 70% of the tokens, including the option to acquire CRPT tokens not more than $1m for 1 day after the close of the ICO are sold, 15% of the remaining 30% of tokens will be ‘frozen’ by the ICO organisers for a period of 15 months to be gradually released on the Cryptocurrency exchanges thereby supporting Crypterium’s further development.
The final 15% of tokens will be distributed amongst the project team, (locked for a minimum of 10 months) advisors and the participants of ‘bounty’ campaign.

Thank you for your interest! The reason is our token cannot be considered as a security, but it is utility token. That means tokenholders share not the part of a business, company or its revenue, but the part of the product the company provides for customers. A tokenholder can use tokens while other customers pay fees. More details are in WP.
