its not fake, but yes, there is no info about that in whitepaper. Maybe we will include that in future whitepaper update.

Hello. If a user registered with your referral link, then he will be listed in this list. If the user has invested, then the field 'amount' will be updated, and you will receive as many stakes as the tokens were purchased
