You are too pessimistic about that. The market may fluctuate two or three times by the end of February.I don't think they should make their effort to get the tokens listed on exchanges depending on the market situation. Yes, now the market is in a slump and maybe the price of the tokens could also be affected by this but just not listing it at all, isn't a solution.
There’s no reason why a coin can’t be on an exchange at a later date. Just because other ICOs do it one way doesn’t mean that Repu needs to follow. It would be good give a better image of the tokens by listing after this tumultic time in the market

Yes i also think that the demo version is very cool, I hope more features will coming soon. VR is really an interesting technology, MARK.SPACE can build something really useful and nice I think.
It's still early and I'm sure that devs of Mark space will improve everything soon 
The project has a great future and I am confident that the mark.space management will take the right decision!
