I can not disagree with you.SKYnet has probably had strong team behind.
And, the project so far has supported massively by strong community, too.

RISC-V based IC makes this IoT blockchain platform to standout. Hope it can be easily integrated with microcontrollers and arduino like embedded system development kits. Plus this is the first ICO I am going to invest.

It’s good that they moved ICO, because there will be time to prepare the product. Perhaps the market will become more favorable
I am not sure that this measure will help to complete the ICO more successfully. The project from the very beginning was not very good attitude of the community, some even accused the project of cheating. I think the best solution would be to rebrand the project and move the start to autumn 2019.What would a rebranding help if it is true that they cheated their community? Nobody of the existing community would trust them even after a rebranding.

I think not only about his experience but i suppose SkyNet chips will be in use by his companies
Are those chips already in production and when can it be expected to see them in action?

That's a long time in the crypto sphere and until then a lot of things can happen. Hopefully all works out as they have been planning it.
