I like this idea - token of social activity! In addition, Sphere already has beta version, this highlights them from 80% of the current ICO projects.
As I understand it is not a beta version of the platform. This is a full-fledged network with 200,000 users. This is a very good basis for the creation and development of this project.The network already is used by 200,000 people? So it's fully working?

The wallet is disabled until the end of the ICO. We are working on a new wallet and testing it.

isnt this the same like the datum project, which ended very successfully.? what is the difference? just a social place?
I wrote before.
Datum was gathering your data from twitter and facebook etc.
Sphere is a social media also giving control of your data which you make using them.
You can't stop facebook and twitter selling your data with datum you can also sell it too but with sphere you can make your own decision.
What I dont understand is, what is the point of decentralizing a social network? I get that you will be in control of your own data, but why create a social platform?
People need social platforms. And the current ones are centralized also selling your data and no privacy at all.
So they are making a decentralized one which you can control your data.
If you don't need social platform i can get it but for the rest of the world, it can be something.
are there any intentions to maybe work with the datum project? i mean, this could be a very big help for both projects.
Currently there are no plans to collaborate with Datum. We prefer to let our users control their own data instead of handing it off to someone else.
well, actually you can control your data on datum, too and point out what you are going to sell and what not...

Everything needs a good marketing fundamental for it to work. Even ethereum was pretty much using their resources for marketing back in the day, As long as there is a major marketing for the coin then it will work out and people will notice the ICO if there is no then there is no reason for the coin to even survive in the crypto market

Hard cap is 1,000,000,000 tokens, this I found in whitepaper but nothing about softcap. Does anyone know?

Seriously though, the inability to log in the app and the negative comments regarding that on google play are going to greatly inhibit any traction this could be getting.

Yes we are getting issues where users are unable to login the app after they sign up from the referral link. To clear the confusion here, the referral link just makes an account for a Sphere wallet. It does not create an account for you on the app. To create an account on the App you can use this link here https://sphere.social/hello/users/register or you can click the "Create an account" link on the app landing page when you first launch it.
