Yes, you're right. Sphere is building up their own social network from scratch, making other unconventional features available to end-consumers as well as ensuring privacy of our data.

You also will be able to trade stuff and they're planning to introduce an advertising platform as well, so quite some functions will be present.

Seriously though, the inability to log in the app and the negative comments regarding that on google play are going to greatly inhibit any traction this could be getting.
Does anyone have the app functioning for them currently? Is this a new issue?

i was actually going to try it but if it doesn't work i will wait for a fix then. Is there no web interface to access it?
Yeah, you can access it from the site and presumably transfer just fine. It seems to be the app alone that isnt functioning.

I like this idea - token of social activity! In addition, Sphere already has beta version, this highlights them from 80% of the current ICO projects.

Would like to get involved but it won't let me log into the app with the account I created on the website. Tens of other users experiencing the same issues on google play as well. Any idea what's going on with that?

No question is stupid for us. We really appreciate your input. We will introduce incentives for consumers to use SAT to facilitate transactions within the social network.
