How much is raised so far in Pre-ICO? VLB is ICO of November and December. Like to see more transparency in auto industry manufacturing and process. VLB can do that.
From 27th november, bonus will be taken down to 30%, avail the chance of huge bonus, really smart project.

I Think it is stated earlier in the thread from dev that they have strategic Investors who bought in, but that was Before pre-ico.

Yeah, you are right. There are only 2 transactions with more than 100 ETH. All the other transactions failed because they didn't send enough ETH. I guess 100 ETH was just too much during a time, when the ETH-price was rising that much.
