Is team interested in having a live AMA , to break up a bit this lull ? I would be happy hear some updates directly from the team.

That is something i would like to see too,now that we are waiting for public sale.

Preferably something on Youtube,im sure people would be interested to see someone from the core team, CEO or CTO.
I would like that too, it would help a bit, some people are uncertain cos of this delay with sales so this would assure them a bit.

It's great to see the soft cap reached and I think many will be happy with this result. Did I read correctly that the token sale won't happen now until sometime in 2019 and there will be a delay due to the bear market crappy conditions? I think now many ICOS are taking this route now and as there is not much liquidity in the market and not much new money coming in right now into ICOS, it is probably a safer bet, although for early investors it means a much later return on their investment. I don't think ICOS flippers now can enter the ICO markets anymore and they will be geared more towards traditional and long-term investors.

Yep,that is true, there will be less specualtors in this period ,and more long term investors, and crypto market and icos can only benefit from that in ther long run.

Token sale should occur sometime in Q1 2019 according to team, most likely main net release will follow it immediately.

Can you tell me where is Agate team actually based? Europe?

Agate is registered in Australia i think.Someone correct me if im wrong.

Agate is actually registered in Singapore, but i think most of the team members are from Australia.

They were recently officially registered as a digital currency exchange provider with Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre(AUSTRAC).

Hello together,

can anyone tell me how i can invest in the Agatecoin? Because in my Wallet is the Error that its only for "whitelisted" users possible.
So what can i do?

Thank you for help and understanding that i did not read the 190 sites of this Topic Tongue

Best Regards

Public sale has been dealyed abit,so we are waiting for that now to be announced.Agate reached soft cap during pres sale,so they can continue with the project while we wait.

Is it know how much exactly Agate raised so far?

I dont know exact number, but last time i saw it was abit over 2,000,000 USD,that means soft cap reached.

So is there any projection how development will be delayed in case hard cap isn't reached or will progress be reasonable?

Shouldn't soft cap be enough tu continue with the project at the reasonable pace?
And public sale is yet to happen, maybe in the meanwhile market changes.

That's why the teams usually determine a soft cap. It's supposed to allow the project to go forward at a pace sufficiently high to achieve something within a reasonable amount of time. They can be wrong though with their estimations.
Exactly, soft cap was reached and soft cap acts as a guarantee that the project can continue development.

That is how it usually should be, but in most cases there isn't happening a lot of development. Though the devs still pay themselves nice paychecks.

Well that is what happens with scam projects, Agate has already demonstrated how serious they are.

It's probably more important to see how serious they will remain over time.

Hey man, this is great! I love this idea. I think PayPal will never accept bitcoins or any other cryptocurrencies since they have a conflict of interests and stuff Elon Musk is no stupid. I hope AGATE will be legit and not a scam I will try to join right now. The world needs more wallets, payoneers , paypals , airtms , netellers, payeers that trades with bitcoins and less bank accounts, credit cards and debit cards

Are there any news about POS terminals, when can we order those?

I have no clue to be honest, but I would like to know will I have an option to get one too as a normal investor?

I think it would be good if big investors get free POS,since its not that expensive, something around 150 usd.

I think everyone will be allowed to buy POS terminal if they want to.

Is that related to proof of stake? Do you need POS terminal to stake?

A point of sale terminal (POS terminal) is an electronic device used to process card payments at retail locations, do not confuse it with Proof Of Stake(POS) algorithm that Agate will use when their own blockchain goes live.

An Agate own point of sale terminal sounds very business like to me, never heard any other card provider project offering this service, good for easy transactions, but will this work with any other crypto card or just the once Agate provide? I think the demand for it will be high if it can accept and process any other crypto supporting card. Very interesting to know this service will be provided.

I think this POS terminal should be able to process any other card, otherwise it will take longer time for this to spread, and retailers wont be so interested in this POS.

Ae these points of sale terminals expensive? Are they easy to implement with the infrastructure of business owners?

Price of one POS terminal should be $150 so i think that shouldnt be problem for any retailer.

Does anyone know how much AGT tokens will POS cost? I understand there are 2 versions you can buy right?

I think, if I remember correct, that POS terminal will cost 3500 AGT, at least one version of it.

Will there be option to buy it with FIAT too or just AGT?

When AGT goes live with main net you will have option to buy them with almost any currency and cryptocurrency Cheesy

AGT only would be difficult to sell to all retailers. They want as many options as possible. If you offer them something that restricts them in any way, I think they will just not accept the offer.

I agree with you, what would be the point of designing iFIAT Ecosystem if you are going to enforce AGT as only option Cheesy

Is there a beta version of the wallet that can be tested?

Wallet is in beta for quite a while now, but I don't think we can test it yet.

I doubt we will be able to test it yet, or at all for that matter.I rather prefer the team to test it properly, and then when full product is out, i can start using it.

Well it has to be tested by larger group of people eventually,so open beta wouldnt be bad.

What i would like to see is some reward pool during open beta so most active testers get reward for participation.

Thats actually not bad idea ta all,i think that many would be intrested in that, and its a win-win situation.

I think that by the time wallet is fully released there won't be any need for testing by public.
