It's not about the suppliers, it's about the buyers. Especially the small companies that heavily rely on the product quality and can't afford to mess up. You're doing the right thing.

Don't overestimate the suppliers and shipment companies. They already have their ways to get to the new clients. Why they need you at all?

Not every blockchain project needs blockchain. Are you sure that it's so required here? You could just raise the initial funds in any other way.
See the original purpose of the project, in this case, the blockade is more appropriate than ever. ICO now is one of the most popular ways to raise funds, so why not.
