This is intended. There is a finite supply of pre-sale tokens (500 000 TKRP to be precise) which are exchanged at a rate of 1 ETH = 10 000 TKRP. So that implies we are trying to raise 50 ETH, and every time someone participates in the pre-sale, the available supply of pre-sale tokens reduce.

The mobile app is under active development, it will be fully stable and functional in an Alpha release which will come in the next 2/3 weeks to demonstrate the functionality of Trackr. Curious investors can then trial the app and make decide whether they want to invest or not.
2FA authentication will not be available for the Alpha release, but it is definitely a feature that will become part of the completed application after the main ICO funding is completed.
Is Trackr project just a tracker which will just update us whenever there are abrupt movement of moving averages on the charts?

It is essentially 2 things:
- a portfolio investment visualiser that lets you track your investments and see how much you've earned or lost on detailed graph where you can breakdown per cryptocurrency, time window, etc
- a powerful and smart market alerting service that lets you set up watchers which are highly configurable alerts that trigger based upon the user's parameters (i.e. alert me when ETH/USD falls under 180, or alert me when ETH/USD trade volume exceeds x million $ in a 10 minute window). These alerts are delivered to your mobile device by 3 possible means: push notification, SMS and/or email
So this looks like a very interesting project. It is like Blockfolio but much more advanced? I will dive into the whitepaper to see whether i will invest in the pre-ico, but it surely sounds interesting!

But check out our whitepaper too, we have many other features planned such as machine learning, FX backtesting.so when exactly is the date of your ICO starts and when it will end? your OP doesn't have much information here still. the project seem also not new as there were several projects like this one. who are are your escrows if there are too? some of the questions needed to be answered before the team can scam. even having projects with same concept, it will still be cool to have this created. it only need escrows for users to trust.
Our pre-ico starts next Wednesday (12th of July) and lasts 5 days with a very small funding cap. The idea behind this is to give very early investors a nice bonus and to assess interest, this token will be exchangeable for the actual token during the main ICO.
Our main ico starts on 1st of August 2017 and lasts for 30 days.

I understand your concerns, but for the pre-sale it does not really matter much as we are only raising a very small amount to gauge interest and spread the news. Details for the main ICO will be clarified in due course and we are currently exploring escrow options. We have been 100% transparent and open in our approach, our entire personal details are on the website/LinkedIn and we have professional credibility and integrity which we are looking to uphold.
We are a limited number of resources, so our full efforts are now focussed on polishing up the Alpha version which we are looking to release in the next 2/3 weeks. Once that is done, we will dedicate full time to promoting the project.

I'd like to point out that the purpose of the pre-ICO was to spread the word and attract investors at an early stage. Not to raise money, so if the pre-sale does not reach its funding target, it won't make any difference. We are working full-time on the app and going full steam ahead to have the Alpha release ready in time.
