I wasn't talking about that. I meant that if there are larger investors ready to put their money into this, it should be either more funds raised by now or they would probably do it now rather than later. Or maybe not? I don't know.

What is the point for large investors to enter the project at the very beginning (unless there is a possibility that there will not be enough tokens for everyone)? Now, because of the market, everyone is cautious.

what the point is to enter the market in the beginning? You could argue many ways, but an early entry might be connected to a large bonus. That would be one point that is pro early investment.
