Do you plan to organize AMA or live AMA so we can chat the team and get to know them a bit better?

That's a great idea! I'll share it to the team. Meanwhile, you may also check this link to know the Everest team: https://everest.org/#team  Grin

Are there any updates regarding the sale? How much has been sold so far?

Hi there. I appreciate your interest. However, the information is not yet publicly available. You are able to calculate the amount of tokens if you keep track of the pre-sale and total market cap.  Cheesy

Regarding the rebranding, anything else important changed, or only the name?

That's really important XD I don't think they could change anything else because then it wouldn't be the same project.

Exactly, it would not look good changing things in the middle of the project. Some people even get nervous because of the name change lol

Hello there. I understand where you are coming from. But as mentioned above, we want a brand that fully encompasses our business model. We understand that identity is a huge aspect of our platform but the other functionality or the actual API and DApps are a bigger deal. I hope you will continue to support us throughout the ICO.

What's your next big milestone?
The next major milestone from an implementation perspective is in October when the Everest 1.0 platform is planned to go live (token, ID + Wallet DApp, blockchain implementation, admin console and API)

Other major milestones can be found here: https://everest.org/#roadmap

Regarding the rebranding, anything else important changed, or only the name?

No. The rebranding was done to get Everest's vision clear to their audience. The Everest's brand fully encompasses the business model, rather than focus on one of our aspects. Wile Identification is a huge aspect of the platform, the actual APIs and DApps are far beyond basic identification. Have a look in the whitepaper if you have the time, in particular, page 11 from the whitepaper (blockchain technology).

What are some problems that you are trying to solve with EverID?

By leveraging blockchain and distributed storage technologies, Everest empowers banks, governments, NGOs, hospitals, businesses and other institutions to transparently and effectively exchange value with those hard to reach users, especially the 5 billion users without smartphones, all while giving users the most control and privacy in the market.

It does sound quite interesting - all these things you are trying to achieve, but how will you approach people who do not use updated technology?

you mean people who do not use smartphones? maybe a desktop app would be ok for them.

Collect documents, biometrically sign contracts to serve billions of users with or without device.

But if they do not have the device how can you enable the collection?
For collection of data the individual does not have to own a device himself. An agent of the organisation will in this scenario connect the person with the agent DApp. The individual just needs to be physically present.

This will be a game changer for sure, not having to own a device, will be really good for some people that are not too good with technology.

Thank you for the support. We appreciate it!  Grin

I haven't seen anything yet, since it is private sale I think we will have to wait a while to get some kind of news about the results.

When can we expect exchange listings?

I think its abit too early to think about that, especially considering the current market situation!

And it could be that they are not ready to disclose that or maybe they don't have any exchanges ready yet. Who knows.

Most exchanges ask for NDA ,so thats one of the reasons they cant disclose that info.

Nowdays every ico should plan for top exchange listing, and set certain amount of money for that purpose.

I'm sure everest team is aware of that, but I would prefer if they invest money in the product
