There are some problems with the current release. We are going to publish the new release today for public testing. You can try it once we get it out.

Will this require a re-sync from scratch by any chance? Too excited to wait & see for myself!

I don't think it will.

We have been testing internally with limited resources. So as a disclaimer...

everyone please remember that this is probably not 100% bug free version either. We call this a public test that will help us locate all the bugs.

You can get a bit exited, however, because this version is using an entirely new code base. It will allow efficient future development, and it has made the overall GUI a lot more stable.

There are some problems with the current release. We are going to publish the new release today for public testing. You can try it once we get it out.

Mist for Ether has bugs too that half the community just thinks you saved the wrong password...which doesn't explain why it works after restarting the pc sometimes or sending from a different address then retrying.

Bugs are a part of virtual currencies, at least they're transparent and vocal about them!

This solved the issue for me:

If your Agama is stuck connecting with Basilisk serves, you have to change a parameter in the file "config.json":

"SkipBasiliskNetworkCheck": true

You can find "config.json" here:
Linux: ~/.iguana/config.json
OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/iguana/config.json
Windows: %AppData%/Iguana/config.json

It is pointless to buy a card and be able to only cash out $1000 from an ATM without giving ID.

I think there´s value in a card like this despite a 1000$ cap.
I´m considering getting a cryptoVisaMastercard just to explain and to hammer into peoples heads the concept that cryptocoins are real in terms that you can go to a restaurant or to a grocery store and buy things with them.

https://uquid.com/komodo-debit-card is the komodo edition - i just ordered. if asking generaly may have look on https://cryptopay.me i had experience with this in the past. but none of are anonymous because of regulatory laws.
