The key basis for the KYC requirement of European financial companies is Article 8 of the 3rd EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive [3]. Excluded from the general test are "standard small customers" who do not want to undertake particularly extensive or extraordinary business transactions and have been classified in advance in a correspondingly safe risk class.

Hi Everyone, we will reopen the Krosscoin Airdrop google form again tomorrow. There will be new fields to submit your KYC information. Which is A picture of you holding your Government ID close to your face for comparison and another document for proof of address. This proof of address can be an Utility bill or a Bank statement showing your address.
Anyone who completes this KYC field will be sent 30 KSS for free .
Also if you had entered an Ethereum address that was not a myetherwallet address, now is your chance to correct it. Only enter a myetherwallet address.

ITO will be relaunched as soon as we are registered or deemed compliant. We aspire to get SEC approval, as we believe the industry needs regulation at this point.
