For the invalid thing, thing is now that we redid the WHOLE code from zero, we found out major bugs. One of them was that the invalid shares were not showing up ^__^ That is why you all had 0 invalids, and that is why you will see zero invalids on every other pool with the same frontend as ours - because the code is BROKEN.

Too bad on difficulty, I thought I saw that it was supposed to stay around the same?
Also, I'm now getting some invalid shares, whereas before the update I literally had 0 invalids for like 3 weeks (since I started mining). Anything I can do about that?

Same here. Started getting invalids while before I didn't have a single invalid.

Testing last night I was getting 0% across the board, now between 3 & 5% invalids. Glad its not just me then.

Not sure what happened but since the upgrade my rejected shares has gone from essentially zero for weeks to ~ 500 in 24 hours...No config changes on my end...

Wtf at workers being case sensitive now. I already switched pools because of not being able to login... stupid change, and now I cant be bothered updating the different config files again. Cheers for making me think I was crazy. 
its actually a bug that we will correct in next update, but we dont want to bring pool down now to just change this

As we start to enjoy wemineltc's smooth operation, I just saw that the LTC network difficult has increased by almost 18% today

you have to allow it few mins to pick it up
Running at 420Kh overnight, still at 64 when I got up. Can up my mining to almost 600 and see if that triggers an increase?

Are you sure your .bat is correct? Usernames now are case sensitive for workers. What is your error? Could you paste a screenshot? Currently we have Workers: 4042 and Pool: 2003.56 MH/s so everything looks great here! Help me help you

Now 5 LTC minimum auto payout? C'mon... I know there is a manual payout option, with 0.1 LTC fee... Let me check... 10% fee to get 1 LTC out? Again, c'mon...
The network charges 0.1 LTC/transc for low volume transfers. We had two options: either to implement a pool fee or try to enforce a higher auto payout!
