The dirty whale that dumped to create panic in the morning, is trying to buy cheap right now. Guys buy LXC and hold it, because LXC gonna above 200K sat in a few weeks, Do not dump your coins for whales, hold your coins and make the whales overpay for your coins and please put some buying support to sustain the price ... Do not dump into loss, because this is the game of whales ...
Sorry. If a whale suspected a big jump like you claim of 200k sats, he wouldn't about lowering it a few hundred sats when it is around 4200 now. You can not create the myth when it does not exist in this instance.

When will this be? No idea.
Honestly I'm glad they aren't pumping it high then crashing it.
Keep accumulating cheap coins and at some point we can get the upperhand.
Based on the tech Librexcoin will bring, and the marketcap, we should easily be able to achieve 200K.
It wont happen over night though. Probably 4 months JMHO
If not for whale games, and the "mother of all FUD storms" we would already be in the 20K's
