I upgraded to the latest version of my wallet. I still can't deposit them on Coinedup. I don't think they've updated their wallet. 
I'll try clearing everything except my wallet and see if that works.

Just checking.... should the difficulty be 0.87469802 right now? About to drop to .7xxxxx? I'm on the LuckyMiners pool and wanted to be sure there wasn't a fork or something...

you can check if the difficultys correct by going to the qt and hovering your mouse over the green tick should show the difficulty Thanks for the replly. Just checking.
One other thing today - the LuckyMiner pool keeps shutting down on me. I'm running cgminer and it either won't connect, or runs a few minutes and then tells me it's waiting for the server. Anyone else?

It did not work for me, some internet provider block high ports in that range, try 9332 or 9331 or any port that worked for you with another wallet as long as that port is not in use atm.
