well, there seems a problem with to many withdrawals declared "suspect" automatically.
Either the threshold to become "suspect" is to low - and then this should be addressed, and
all the withdrawals declared "suspect" should automatically pop up on the desk of a support person, and be reviewed, without the user needing to create a support ticket.

thank you for the help. now the 2fa has been enabled. i have set the withraw. but the status is always on "almost done". when i click on the adress it appears "transaction not found" here https://blockchain.info/tx/
can you please check that ? pls i must withraw this money very urgently.

Guys its has been 2 days now since Leon started working on processing my ticket 866, I have waiting for 6 days now for a resolution and so far nothing has been done.
I have given you all the information you need to rectify this problem. The question is are you guys intending to solve this problem? I have things to do with my bTC and should not have to wait 6 days for a problem to be rectified and why does it take 2 days for Leon to process this ticket??
