It is obviously that the project was abandoned for years, because the last active day of OP is on March 01, 2018, 02:19:56 AM. In addition, OP made only a single post, that is the OP, no thing more after years of the thread. When devs abandoned, and community don't take over projects, networks will become dead too, because no one mine/ stake a dead coin.

YoBit is apparently aware of this whole situation and is trying to gain a position in order to use it
All who have at least some kind of tokc do not even think to sell them, buy at the maximum, because in the future you will regret not having bought it before
