Yobit doesn't delist coins, but TOKC wallet in Yobit is closed for many weeks, you cant deposit or withdraw coins.

Yobit does not turn on TOKC Wallet with no args.In other all works good - TOKC blockchain in excellent state
yobit is only one exchange for TOKC if they not let us deposit or withdraw coins.
that mean TOKC is almost dead.
