Btc is designed to facilitate secure peer to peer transactions. They do need to scale a bit, but it serves its purpose very well.
I could be wrong, but I think BTC will outlast usd. We'll see.
If there is no serious adoption or use of crypto then who cares who wears the crown. They would be the king of nothing.
serious adoption can happen only with eco-and financially friendly tech that delivers,so you have to see there is a huge interest already but it is capped at the tech levels if it cant scale to world level. how much you spent on tx costs since you started

Aion will take first place by 2020 maybe from ethereum. btc will lose its crown if there will be serious adoption and use of crypto

how come there’s nothing on github for Aion?
Pure speculation, but maybe the stuff on github is only just to set up the ERC20 tokens. They will afterall launch their own mainNet and blockchain.

you need to keep a bit of ETH in the wallet to pay for gas fees
to move ETH or tokens back out
of the contract

hopefully the blocks will not expire before i get some eth in there to rescue its brethren

Your buy order would automatically reflect it (reduces the amount you're buying)
But without 0.005 in my wallet, it will stay on the contract and I can't touch it at all

So if you withdrew ETH out of the ED smart contract now and back into your wallet

The order would expire and get removed while the ETH you have would just remain where it is now

A buy order is created by sending a txn to the ED smart contract, so if you wanted to cancel the buy order you would have to send another txn to the ED smart contract to let it know
So what happens in 9200 blocks if my order isn't filled? I assume it is returned to my wallet?

In another words, cancelling a buy or sell order on ED requires gas since it creates a txn

The thing which I like most about this project is that it is focused on the newcomers in the cryptocurrency market. Best of luck to the project.

Can you tell me the difference between AION and ICON (ICX)?
Would be nice if you could see that with a table.
