It costs hospitals and other medical authorities a lot of time, money and efforts to form medical data. I don’t think that they’ll agree give it to Skychain project at a low price.

Neural networks are now poorly distributed in the medical field and are used only by the most innovative clinics. This makes me doubt that the project will be able achieve all that were planned by the developers. They make it too early, I think.
It is not too early. If they had made it latter, then this market would have been occupied. And the problem of low prevalence is caused by the lack of special infrastructure, which is necessary for the use of neural networks. Only innovative clinics have it.
