I heard some othercoin is making Blockchain 9000, just because you can tweak the blockchain a little, doesn't make it 2.0, 3.0 ... etc, just marketing hype.

The whitelist registration will start on February 15th 2018 16:00 (GMT+0 London time) and remain open for one week or until we have accepted 10,000 applications, whichever happens sooner.

From my understanding, Aion network is Blockchain 3.0 which will bridge different blockchain - private or public, can host DAPPS and have their own VM. I wonder how will they compare with Seele.

3.0 would either be DAG like (iota, despite no real blockchain) or Tezos
