I heard about this project in some Telegram close group owned by Chris and I am very exciting about it. When I saw partners mentioned at the bottom of page (IBM Watson, University of Oxford, Stanford University, ...) I became even more excited. Looking forward too see more news in next weeks!

there is no real projects that can be called blockchain 3.0, how can you call yourself 4.0? it is just hype and concept only, besides, i dont believe Chinese projects now, many of them are speculation game
