Is there any way that I can get my 0,5 ETH refunded or still get my tokens(all tokens to myetherwallet)?

I know the terms, that's why I'm complaining.

The confirmation on the network must happen before I receive the email right? Because the email states the amount of DTR i receive.

I say it again, the price was 326 +-1 before the transaction, between transaction and email, and few minutes after email. I was quoted around 309.

Are you kidding me? Look at the price at the time! I'll send you the TX-ID as well. You think I'm stupid but something f'd up on your side!

I couldn't figure out how to post the image here. Maybe it's too big. but you can clearly see that ETH wasn't even near 309 at that time.

7.2. Each individual Backer shall receive only the corresponding number of Tokens, based on the value of the funds paid and in the equivalent of 1 DTR per USD 0.01 value of the received funds by the Token Provider. For the avoidance of doubt, only the funds received in accordance with the provisions of these Terms shall count towards the calculation.
7.3. The value of a Token will be calculated at the time Backer’s transaction is confirmed on the network, taking the exchange rate of USD at Bitstamp at the time of confirmation for the corresponding cryptocurrency.

Our goal is to get as many DTR holders as possible. Therefore, we are aiming to list our DTR on various third party exchanges. DTR will be listed on Tokens platform.
