Libel, which is the legal term you are actually scrabbling for, is only applicable if it can be proven I knowingly wrote false statements with the intent of harming your reputation maliciously. Given that I have already clearly stated my reasons for declaring this coin a scam, and that those reasons are more than sufficient a justification for me to believe this coin to be a scam, you don't have a leg to stand on legally.

As for asserting that any losses incurred by people who buy this coin would be my liability, well, you're living in La-La-Land if you think that's anywhere near a realistic fact.

You are out of your fecking gourd if you believe that assertion even makes sense. Firstly, any coin that had Iconic Expert desperately scrabbling to encourage people to prove they had bought the most, in order to 'win' a few thousand from him, is not a coin standing on its own merits and, secondly, The "Smoke Screen" is selectively Anon then, is it? Who decides to open up the Anon transactions when Law Enforcement come knocking?
