The short addresses belong to exchanges no?? I'm not 100% sure but I think that may be correct

After reading what the Dev posted about the password prob, I checked both my VTR and Xcash wallets by doing a transaction over to Bittrex, everything went through ok, I'm on Ubuntu 14.10, both wallet we're compiled from source.
