Actually when returned to the other pool browser tab after I posted my question it was already some minor XRP there.
I originally thought pending was representing known/but-maturing.

Now I have>

Very strange was that Minergate showed matured coins immediately when tried my CPU.

Oh you're right equipoise, he mined for only an hour. Of course the balance is not displaying anything until the blocks are confirmed xx times in the blockchain because there could be orphaned blocks.

Mined blocks are maturing about an hour (60 blocks). If you waited an hour already you'll soon start to accumulate pending balance and after a while your first payment will be in the blockchain.

What is your address ? We cannot check without it.

In all pool monero is statistical mining .

When you send diff to 15.000 .

Job as not need compute all 15.000 first hash of nonce.
Jobs for accept per pool as only need you find one hash difficulty more 15.000

After understant one elements .

You prefere
Pool accept 1000 jobs diff 5000?
or
Pool accept 102 jobs diff 50000?

1000*5000 = 5.000.000
102*50000 = 5.100.000

Statical view you valide more share with big diff .
Send job and get other jobs get many time and create switch context or miner is not compute hashrate . ( You lost hash )

You can not send jobs for all block is not one probleme .

Statistic each jobs as same chance  for find .

the diff perfect is 20.000 for little and 25.000 for medium and 50.000 for hight

Diff more 25.000 and 50.000 increase more variance.

Miner submit jobs . I can find hash with 10% of hashrate for the diff and next jobs need make 500% of hashrate of diff

And long periode the hashrate payout is closed to 100% for pool and miner
If make diff to 100.000 for hash to 100 Hash/sec statical is good diff.
You are need more 8H for are close to 100% efficience

With diff between 10.000 and 15.000. You are need only 30 minute for close to 100% efficience

I've been mining happily at your pool for a long time now so props for that.

However recently I started getting only 10k targets on all rigs. Is that supposed to work like that? In earlier times target was increasing to much higher numbers.

What am I missing?

Tonight we are doing a small update (with no restart, no downtime, no worry).
You will not be able to see the history of payment for few hours but you'll still get paid as usual.

Shows the estimated hash rate on each day. The approximate mining hash rate (in H/sec) at a given point of time can be obtained by taking the difficulty and dividing it by 60.

The thing is that there is some time between each difficulty adjustment so the network hashrate can never be accurate.

Small question : how do you calculate the 'network hash rate' ?
I thought it was 'Diff/60', but that's not what I see on the pool's mainpage (neither on other pools' mainpage) What formula are you using ?

I was just about to say, the pool seems to be doing very well. On average I usually make 2.5-3 XMR a day and I made 1.6 in the last 8 hours! With another .5 already in the last 2 hours, whatever you did, it's working. Thanks!

So it has been over 24h since our last update and we are doing very well according to the block we find.

What is strange is that the efficiency is not over 100%
That mean one thing : the total hashrate estimation is wrong.

Juste deleted .bin and rebuild wallet-pool.bin
I finish rebuild in 5 minutes

The Last payout of pool is 18H  ( 4 hour to go )

Also i think the payments are stuck.. i havent received anything since 8:41am EST (almost 10 hours ago)

that's greek to me boss lol i'm all up for fiddling with setting but i dont even know where to begin with all that!
