Been quietly observing XRB for quite some time now. With increasing attention in general crypto community I think now is a great time to buy and there will be a nice surge in the near future. I haven't used the exchange where XRB is traded on, however. Is it safe? Open to US citizens? Thanks.

Hey guys. Just installed version 8 of the wallet and tried to restore my seed and it comes up with a zero balance. I checked the block explorer of the address and it seems I do have a balance there. What am I doing wrong in the restoration process?
Is block count in wallet correct (synchronized)?Should be about 4,326,645 BLOCKS (https://raiblocks.net/)

raiblockscommunity.net miner is distributing private funds.
It means we must buy XRB before distribute them. It means we are not getting XRB for free like when the raiblocks faucet was running (now is closed forever because all remaining funds have been burned).
It won't use captcha or advertising because fight bots and pools was too hard and we don't want to run in the same troubles again for the moment.

The original dev created the project for the people and did not take money for the coins like in other projects. Can you tell me how this is now any different from any ordinary ICO ?

I see the new website for XRB mining. Is there any thread about new coins , and from where will be distributed new XRB coins if there was burned a lot?
The way to distribution Raiblocks make us can earn XRB so hard, but the value of XRB not increasing? Because of a change of "Raiblocks Team" and new roadmap. Raiblockscommunity said not involved to raiblocks.net! So who really provide us XRB now? If Raiblockscommunity: hard to newbie to earn, instead of solved captcha, audio captcha to gain a larger XRB, now they use a computer to get a tiny XRB.I just want to clear this up raiblockscommunity is no way related to this project, the two devs who created that site used to be devs for this project emphasis on the USED, but they decided to leave this project and created a project of their own so the XRB that they are giving away to the people are from their own private funds, so that's why it's hard to earn because it's not an official distribution anymore, it's merely a faucet just like the other faucets that are present in the web. With your question about who provide us with XRB? No one because right now XRB is not distributed for free anymore, you can no longer get XRB through the official faucet because that ended a couple of months ago. So right now if you want to get XRB and you don't want to mine it using your computer then better buy some in the market, it's being traded on mercatox,bitgrail and bitflip.

Raiblock works on faucets. Its mining process is different than ordinary mining. You will get the calculated amount of coins on the amount of faucet you did. So the question of burnt or unburnt coins is not in this process as all the coins will be distributed by the faucet working. This coins most suits to the capatha workers as they are used to this tiresome work.

with xrb, you can buy a cup of coffee without having to pay a transaction fee and there is no need to wait for the long-confirmation just like bitcoin (which usually takes 20 minutes or more)
Very interesting Ledger approach, got some and will be following. A x20 medium term is almost a fact if dev team moves forward.

I say "mixer" and not mixer, just because it doesn't mix, but wants to reach the same goal.
Would be better call it: XRB deceiver.

- more txs are generated from the source account (the account wants to to deceive)
The basic idea is to analyze how much tx in the network happen, how many different amounts are send, what's the amount average and other txs property.
The goal is to make believe to your "account stalker" that you don't hold your funds anymore and that such funds have just being send to someone else.
At the end of deception, from your source account you'll get many many more accounts with different amounts. You'll be able to spend such splitted amount with a proper tool.
(You'll loose some funds, because to perform a proper deception, your funds will be sent to accounts of other ppl, that you don't own).

The next innovation I'm hoping for is some type of "lite" wallet where you don't have to wait 7 years for it to fully sync. I know that's at least one issue that's keeping people away.

I don't think the mining website will bring more value to XRB coins. Is not worth to mining on site for me because get to low XRB.

it only benefits the 3rd party (faucet)
and slowly kill your pc / smartphone
better buy xrb directly through the exchanger.
