Code:

scrypt-jane/scrypt-jane.c:10:8: error: expected identifier or ‘(’ before string constant
make: *** [obj/scrypt-jane.o] Error 1

Could some body provide me with true flags to build this coin?

You can probably use this as a starting point: https://github.com/yacoin/yacoin/blob/master/src/makefile.mingw

Anyone mining this thing on a cloud?

Probably some botnet guy...I have yet to found a profitable vps provider for mining.
I doubt there are any botnets YAC mining. It's more profitable to CPU mine QRK or XPM. I'm guessing most of the YAC network is still GPU farms.

You can get today more YAC for a fraction of a BTC that I got mining at launch. Entry point is now as fair as it gets.

Yeah, +1...price is too darn cheap right now, and me without btc. :/

No doubt. The most annoying thing about the current price to me is that I don't have BTC to buy more YAC's

Only PoS and low intensity CPU mining here.
Is YAC CPU mining as profitable as XPM mining?

Not sure, I just hold and mint pos atm...yac used to be more profitable than anything, for a long long time, but few people knew.
"premine" sure.  Smiley

huh!?

I was talking recently, not at the beggining of the coin's life.

How is everyone doing with GPU mining? I feel like I'm trying to dig holes with a tooth brush. HW errors are out of control, but I can't crank the thread concurrency too high or the GPUs become unstable. Best I can do is about 7.6 diff 1 shares/min per 7950. Can anyone do any better?

yacminer --scrypt -w 256 -I 11 --lookup-gap 2 -o http://yacp.coinmine.pl:8088 -u myusername -p mypassword --thread-concurrency 41216

yields appx 9k/sec on my 7950's...
Do you get any HW errors? After accounting for HW errors I get 8.3 kh/s per card. I can't seem to crank my TC that high when lookup gap is only 2, maybe it's because I use WF3s with the lower voltage FW.

No HW errors, that's why my intensity is at 11... I only need turn down intensity during each N change...

I tried to compile WindMaster's last code, but src/scrypt-jane/scrypt-jane.c is wrapped into a extern "C" block that makes it fail. This block wasn't in the older versions, and commenting it out let me compile. Could this be a bug?

No sorry, I just didn't push the latest code to override the extern if compiling the Qt client. It's updated now.
Code:
#if !defined( QT_GUI )
extern "C" {
#endif

Anyone mining with 7970's?  And care to share their settings?  I'm only getting about 4.5-5 khash/s on each of my cards.  Undecided

Gonna try that with my next card/s.
Thanks!
