I placed order today and at once paid it. Now transaction in confirmation stage. But order marks "Expired" and money was sent. I worry about it.
I was paid 2 order earlier, transaction was confirm 2 days but order was't mark as expired and now it status as paid.
Please, fix it. And another thing. If I understand correctly, you now do not by email information about shipping of paid miners?

I do not understand why you justify them? They do not fulfill their obligations. The site says that everything is tracked through your personal account. Currently there status has not been sent. Halter trust comment from the same user as I have no. Bitman himself did not give their comments. Outputting nobody do nothing to me sent.

to be clear, I bought like 14 miners so like 7-8 different orders. and not even one problem..
BITMAIN has been the best Manufacturer direct seller of all BTC mining hardware companies I have dealt with.
Add to that that the actual S1 is the most reliable hardware/software BTC mining unit that I own compared to BFL and Avalon clones in my farm.
I would buy more but my power lines and cooling capacities are tapped out. Waiting for in stock lower priced S2's to be available for me to start selling off my current farming units.

I have problem. I paid 2 miners and 2013/03/23 transactions was confirmed at site. Yesterday paid 1 else and trasaction confirmed. But still there is no emails. My emails withour answer. account name: Pyotr
It is Sunday.
They are probably closed.
And I never received any email confirmations for my order.
Only data was visible on the website when I log into my account and look at order status.
And that order status did not change for 5 days.
So soon I can see track number before it arrive?

lowest price on ebay is 735 I have a 10% coupon so it is 73.50 off that make sit 661.50 I get 4 more percent off drops it to 635.04
it is .938 x 552 = 517 from bitmaintech
hardly anyone will get my discount on ebay they will pay 700
so 700 vs 517 easy choice for me .
BTW I paid on fri the 21st it comes from china on tues the 25th. I got my UPS choice notice today.

sorry, protection against what? difficulty jump or maybe in case u change your mind? not even one serious seller will accept paypal. If they do this means they are brainless.

People "justify them" because if you read back through this thread all 4000 entries of it, 90% of it is people complaining about the fact that the web page hasn't updated and they haven't had tracking numbers, everyone telling them that its normal, that thats how Bitmain rolls, then a few days later they post that they recieved their miners and they are sorry they got in a strop and threw their toys out of the pram and that they should have listened to everyone else.
Its understandable to be anxious. Its just par for the course, and there are thousands of people who have purchased many thousands of miners between them that are experienced in the process.
There are only a handful of situations where people didn't get what they wanted, just send polite emails to [email protected] and use words like please, thank you, order number, blockchain tracking link, maybe a copy of your order confirmation etc. They do respond sometimes, sometimes they just update the site instead and get on with boxing up and shipping miners.

They had a hiccup recently with their payment processor (blockchain.info) having problems for a few days. Aside from that, bitmain's record has been impeccable. That's why people defend him.

no one here is stopping you - but good luck paying less and actually getting it fast. Bitmain usually ships on a monday and it arrives wednesday (Canada)

Yeah, all this waiting and not knowing is stressful. Glad I only have one pending. If they can't handle the volume they should raise the price. Has anyone else looked at their account? 1QB8Ds5KbGYBLQa5RyDQ2sVUeSKWf7qgkZ It's not like they need to clear them quickly for the money, they're sitting on nearly 17,500 BTC. They've only ever pulled out 154 BTC, which is strange--you would think that they would be using the BTC from sales to finance production.
