Uh, right now they're giggling their way to the bank.  They barely respond to PM's or emails, they finally stopped the bullshit of pulling S1 sales at BTC/450 and resuming them around BTC/500 and now just sell for a price meant for suckers.  They've made plenty of cash and I don't understand why anyone supports them anymore.  In the time it took to get exactly zero responses from Bitmain via pm and email I emailed over a dozen times with folks over at ZoomHash and managed to get a G-Blade shipped from Hong Kong to my door.  Still nothing from Bitmain.

They pulled a KNC - all friendly at first, gung-ho about their customers, now that they have sold a cubic shitton of this stuff they couldn't give a damn.  Just look at these bastards, when the S1 first came out the price was around $3000.  Now the price is around $425.  Same hardware.  And people have been blowing loads in their pants defending this shit operation while downplaying the countless stories of RMA problems, pre-mined hardware, damaged hardware, poor manufacturing quality, etc.  And now they're like "Oh, we have more S2!"  Even though not a single piece of their hardware will ROI even with free electricity.

Well TBH having used to dealing with customer services in china, this is the kind of CS i expected. Comparing bitmain to BFL and hashfast is not fair. BFL and Hashfadt never deliver.

I have been saying it since January.

sending used equipment is so fucked up. don't get me wrong, i get it. but it's still not right. BFL was doing it. avalon was doing it. now bitmain is doing it. they will all do it to us. it's such a bend over the customer racket. nowhere else would that be acceptable but they get away with it cause everybody wants to be a part of the gold rush. and to add insult to injury they only offer a 3 month warranty after they been mining with it for months.

Most important is that their current products will never ROI.

Secondly , as you said, they do NOT care, they only want to fill up their pockets by selling us used equipment.

your support is appreciated. i think bitmain is the new BFL. they dont care about us they just want our money. i have been banging my head against the wall for the past 3 weeks trying to resolve this. talking to them is like talking to a retarded child. the person i've been talking to is Yanhua Qin. we just keep going in circles and have made no progress towards resolving this. its not even a big sale its one fucking antminer worth less than 1 coin and they still jerk me around. i feel sorry for the people who buy S2 from them.

I have also bought more than 50 S1s and the support was... nothing ! No support at all.

They lost me also my coupons when there was the "supposed" sold out.

wow, somebody actually agreed with me. thank you sir. i was expecting the forum to call me an asshole and defend the manufacturer. at least there is one person who knows bitmain does deliver but is not a respectable vendor.

Bitmain SUCKS!

Sent me a used antminer. Manufacturer date was 1/14. Order date was 3/14. Fan and heat fins were dirty and covered with dust. The antminer had been used from the time of production to the sale date. The heat fins were also physically damaged. Both blades were not soldered properly and were separating from the base. I have included pics in the links so you can see for yourself. I contacted Juan from 112bit and he was not helpful at all. He told me i am not the manufacturer contact bitmain. He no longer responds to my emails. If you have any problems he will brush you off and say im just a distributor i cant help you contact the manufacturer. Do not buy from 112bit or bitmain. 112bit is just a middle man and can't do anything but take your money. Bitmain is a chinese manufacturer. They have low standards for quality. They will not accept any responsibility for anything. All of the financial burden is on the buyer. They do not care about their customers. All they care about is mass production and sales. This has been an ongoing issue. I have returned the antimner and requested a refund due to the amount of mining time lost waiting for a replacement. I was told i pay return shipping and they will give me a refund when delivered. After the antminer arrived in china i was told they will not give me a full refund. I am responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and import tax both ways. I have not been told how much of a refund i will receive but it will be around $200-300 less than what i paid. And to be perfectly honest, i have a feeling bitmain will come up with some BS excuse such as it was not returned in the original condition and they can not give me a refund or replacement.

Everywhere...Maybe next will be Walmart...LOL

customs in uk- 6x 55gbp=330 (1.14Btc)
PSU 750w x6= 96gbp (0.33Btc)

So 1Th/s cost 6.456Btc

One s2 cost at this moment 6.57Btc + customs

A1 clone cost 2300usd which is 4.55 with psu or 4.38Btc without delivered. Ofcourse bitmain quality cannot be beaten but 1Th is 1Th dosn't matter who delivers that.

1Th/s can generate daily no more than 0.0721Btc so 1BTC will be generated at this diff every 2 weeks.
So ROI can be reached after 3-4 months, depends on diff jump.

You are right I was talking about S2 by error in a S1 thread. S1 shipping packaging was perfect.
