Why Ardor and Blockchain Blockchain as a Service is Important
The blockchain space is full of old and new project with huge promises. Nevertheless, a very small part of them succeed to deliver their promises and more importantly provide the world with robust and secure building blocks to reshape our relations online and offline. I truly believe that Ardor has this potential, and I will try to explain why.

Ardor is version 2.0 of a previous blockchain project called Nxt and pronounced Next. Nxt was born in late 2013 when BCNext, a member of the bitcointalk forum, posted an article where he presented the project as the Next generation of blockchain technology mainly driven by Bitcoin at that moment.

In order to continue working on the project with other developers, he asked the forum members to fund his project and promised to give them Nxt token when the blockchain will be launched. At that moment, the term ICO didn’t exist yet, but we can clearly say that this was the first ICO in blockchain space, which can explain some home the small amount of 21 bitcoin received (equivalent of 20k$).

While it went down again a bit to about $0.28, I think the reason for the short-term uptrend is that it broke out of the second bearish channel that begun in February (we could call it an Elliott C wave) and people are viewing an opportunity, smelling a bottom beginning to lose fear.

Ruben's Nxter News are a good source to look for new developments. The Reddit community also is much more active than the Bitcointalk thread.

I however am not convinced that the "transition from open-source community to a functional business" is the right way for Ardor. I hope Jelurida won't block alternative clients or other open-source projects entering the Ardor/NXT ecosystem.

It is a good news for hearing that. I think it is not good for ARDOR team pay less attention on bitcointalk forum. There is also a lot of investors here.

Who knows, probably a whale, or FOMO. To me it kind of seems crypto is leveling out at these levels, and tax selling is almost done.

When it goes back up to $2 I'll believe that. I think for now it's rising because maybe just maybe btc has found a floor and is slowly going back up and also people are piling on to altcoins once again. But I do agree with your sentiment that it is an undervalued coin. Then again I am biased seeing as how I own some ARDR so I dunno, we shall see how this plays out.

I really hope it does. It definitely deserves to be higher. Also wish more knew about it. Hopefully with more chains comes more marketing.

^agreed, great project/coin but....as a part of nxt it seems they all have their "own" whales who pump/dump this coin. not in correlation to all others *(unless it's the same market trend like recently). so.........for as 'legit' as ardr is, it just sucks it has to succumb to big market players and their btc to make the price pump. sad but true. anyways, great buy up now. hopefully she blasts back to $1usd and beyond.
