Jelurida is watching this thread  now.
For problems with Ardor and Nxt please visit our new support web site https://desk.zoho.eu/portal/jelurida/home
But before you open a ticket please read the disclaimer:

"We are NOT a support site for exchange related problems
Dear users, please understand that this is NOT a substitute support system for Bittrex, Poloniex or any other exchange you decided to use.
We know their support teams are slow to respond, however, if your problem is related to exchange withdrawal or deposit there is nothing we can do here to help you.
We recommend that you gather all relevant information including time of incident, account address, transaction id and submit as detailed and accurate as possible ticket for the relevant exchange, then wait for their response.
When you report your problem
Please understand that this site is handling hundreds of tickets per day, therefore please help us help you.
1. Report your issue in understandable English. If you don't know English try reporting in your language but it may delay processing.
2. Let us know if you refer to the NXT blockchain or Ardor blockchain or both. Both blockchains use the same account ID with different prefix NXT and Ardor
3. When you report account address, transaction id or any other long identifier string, always report it in plain text so that we can copy/paste it into our diagnostic tools.
4. Never report the passphrase of a non-empty account.
5. Do include screen captures or anything which can help us understand what you did.
6. If you are reporting software related problems, include the nxt.log from your workstation.
7. If you are reporting a wallet UI malfunction please include a copy of the Javascript console log."

Is this newbie account legit? Looks strange.

What happened to ARDOR? Why all exchanges stop deposit and withdraw?
Something wrong with the sync?
It says there is a fork on Poloniex wallet.

The post is accurate.  Jelurida is the company behind Nxt and Ardor.  Problem reporting is managed through desk.zoho.eu.

As far as I know, Bittrex and Poloniex are still not ready for ARDR/IGNIS trading.  Lots of discussion on the Ardor subreddit.

Poloniex was on a fork before they suspended trading.  If you are running an Ardor node, make sure you are on the 2.0.12 release.

I did not understand what ARDOR will return to trading in BITTREX? And why is it removed yet?

hi, i have 4K ARDR. is it possible to lease my ARDR for forging, where to read? where to find pools? thanks

This, can someone shed some light please?
From the Ardor GUI, click on 'More info' in the account balance box.  Select the leasing tab.

Check https://nxtforum.org/leasing-pools/ for information on forging pools.

Thanks!

I believe you can buy Ardor on Poloniex. You might not want to wait to long because once they update and disclose the latest news this coin should and prob. will cost much more than $1.75 a coin.

Anyone know when poloniex unfreeze  ARDOR? They notice that ardor is maintenance, when ardor finished?

Is Damelon still here? The OP should be updated. It still speaks about the "testnet" and the Ardor snapshot (yes, the one that occurred in 2016) and thus is outdated for almost a year ... Otherwise, another team member (or a "stable" community member) should start a new thread.

(PS: It would also be cool to change the thread title, adding something like "Live now!"  etc.)

Yes, I am still here, but no longer actively involved with the project.
After I left Jelurida after I helped set it up (more on that here: https://nxtforum.org/general-discussion/damelon-status-update/msg230305/#msg230305) I pretty soon handed over my remaining tasks to Travin Keith (also known as Marenkar).

This thread has not been maintained by me since then, while it was still being used as the main thread. I agree that needs to change (as it makes sense), maybe into the hands of someone from ANG or Jelurida.

I have since started my own educational company and really do not have the time to put in the time the thread needs and deserves.

It is pretty awesome the project has so much traction now, and it should have a spiffy new place for information that is not linked to me. Smiley

Thanks for all your hard work on NXT over the years Damelon, I hope your ARDR & IGNIS bags are full!!

Thanks Damelon for your clarification! Yes, I would be glad to see a new thread managed by someone who is deeply involved. I myself have started a German thread some time ago, but I'm in no means affiliated to Jelurida or ANG (and I'm also a critic of some of their decisions) so I could not guarantee to keep it updated it like it should be.

This may be a stupid question.... I seem to ask them when I'm a dill....:
Is NXT now ARDOR? Or are they separate in some way?
Ardor could be described as the second generation of the NXT software. It has been rebranded for a clearer separation and because NXT is already used for some other well-known projects.

The Ardor blockchain is, however, totally independent from the NXT blockchain. Both are only "related" because of IGNIS' and ARDR's initial distribution which was carried out to NXT holders.

Others snatch ARDOR's child chain, and now there are dozens of reports submitted. NXT group is reviewing those that can be added.

So whats the deal with Bittrex then for people that hold ARDR.  It sits there frozen.  Is Bittrex just slow or something?

It seems that there is no ARDOR trading on Bittrex, and perhaps the big B will not be able to smash the dish, so there is a chance to buy it at a low price.
