If you don't sign up for junk, airdrops can be very profitable.
I keep an active, daily-updated list of airdrops. Copy / paste the url in my signature for 35+ airdrops. One of the coins in the Top 10 is already on exchanges.

If you have free time, you can join but only 1 out of 20 pay in my experience and it will take 2-5 minutes of your time every kind of airdrop because they will ask some other things such as follow them in Telegram, Twitter, retweet, etc. so it's up for you to decide if it's worth your time.
Unfortunately, my experience with airdropes is negative. I participated in 15-20 projects, but none of them paid me. Just incredible bad luck.
Hi everyone. I've tried participating in a couple of airdrops but haven't gotten any coins yet. For those of you who have, how do you go about making anything out of airdrops? Is it worthwhile or just the usual pump and dump?

Airdrops can be profitable. You dont pay money to join so anything that comes out of it is profit. This doesnt mean we should go and join every possible airdrop because there are scams out there. DO your research on the project and make sure you've read the conditions which you must follow in order to gain your airdrop tokens.
The problem is that studying the project takes a lot of time, so it reduces the profitability of participation in airdrops.
I am not a fan of all the airdrops and i have not participated in any drops as such . I do join campaigns in which i think has a fair project and that is the only drops i participate, there are plenty of projects coming out on a daily basis and it is really difficult to follow up everything, i am not even sure which all projects will succeed in the long run.

Honestly there are some good ones, but most of the erc20 tokens are scams.
Not all airdrops are profitable, there are some worthless, no coin value so try to research first before you join in some airdrops beware of fraud.

Sometimes airdrop token has no value or maybe it takes too long before it can have value, so we better choose also what kind of airdrop it is. Avoid scammers.
Airdrops are profitable though you can't predict when you will earn here but there are a lots of evidence.... Sometimes we need to sacrifice just to get what we want... Always remember that it is better to try than nothing... Though airdrops will you give a little chance to earn but if you will work for it will become many... Just don't be discourage there will be a right time for you...

But as a beginner I still not have enough idea how to make a profit of it ...and all my collection on airdrops are still in my mew wallet ....I'm on a stage that still studying of it ....But I will not discourage for being such no idea ...there are still group chat on social media and here in bitcoin talk to search for guidelines , more enough to guide myself as a hunter of a great Airdrops ...

There are a lot of airdrops out there that doesn't just do the cut when it comes to being profitable. Many are but scams.
On the other hand, there are also those that can be considered legit and you can actually gain profits from it. However, profits are minimal in comparison to bounties. But if you can devote most of your time with it, maybe you can earn equal profits with it.
Airdrop only gives little profit, it is equivalent to a simpler way than anything else. If you persevere and participate in a lot of airdrop it will be more profitable. Collecting little by little later will also be a lot.

,,,Probably, airdrops are prone to be scammed and we could say how unsafe it is. Because there is a lot of illigitemate platforms that they may collect some information. I think airdrops is a form of profit and its value is depending on the coin's value. 
I joined more than 500 airdrops and only a very few of them gave me some good gain selling the coins.... the amount of coins is very low so most of them give you less than 5 $.....

In the past months there is so many good Airdrops and can be profitable if the tokens that you've receive has a price in the market. But now a days Airdrops is going not smoothly because of some scamming Airdrops and just using it for phishing. Always be aware of that kind of Airdrops and before I get more profit because of good Airdrops.
some airdrop is profitable If you just pick the right one. many airdrops now they need to required you to pay some fees you just beware of that, you don't need to pay fees if you joining some airdrop, its free you will need to do is just sign in and do some effort to earn some token or coin.
