Any credible project of this present time would much rather prefare to host an IEO than an ICO because the loss of trust that is attached to ico's lately, so the more IEO are coming into play the less will be ico in the market then gradually ico's will phase out and crowd funding will have a new look which is IEO, ico already lost their credibility in the eyes of investors, this is major reason why IEO is gaining more attention and will take over soon.

I totally agree with your opinion that ICOs will fade out as a result of the emergence of IEO. Its very rare to see a new blockchain startup to opt for ICO when it comes to fundraising. Therefore, they already know the taste of the investors and that's why a lot of new projects adopt IEO instead of ICO.

ICO, STO and IEO are competing to win the trust of crypto currency investors and players. The large number of ICO frauds indeed threatens the existence of the ICO. I am sure that sooner or later this ICO will be extinct from the market. STO and IEO will dominate the market. I am convinced that public trust is built more quickly when the STO and IEO arrive. The arrival of the IEO and STO as a savior of the market so that the market situation is more stable and improving. Crypto currency players are actively playing on the market again.

Definitely icos are going to phase out soon. It's just a matter of time.  IEO's as increased the degree of trust users have for projects. Also IEO as solved the issue of kycs too. Now investors can invest knowing that the token/coin is definitely going to be listed.
These are IEO and STO, which may be prohibited, as they depend on a third party. Nobody forbids scammers (for example) to organize ICO. Of course, ICO will not be as massive as in 2017-2018. But it will be for a long time.

In my opinion, the best way to invest in 2019 is IEO. ICO is now not credible, because the scammers are coming up with new schemes to deceive investors. As for STO, to date, I have not seen any high-profile project that managed to attract enough funds.

for ICO some may conclude that I am saturated because a number of IOCs last year I saw many are replacing their fundraising with IEO and STO systems, and now for ICO I have just seen it is also very quiet. to investors because their project is not successful in selling

I have been playing into some few ICO projects lately, and the reality is that I lost a lot of money due to the domination of the bear market and uncertainty of the projects going forward.

As the old saying goes, more than 90% of those projects are either scams, failed to reach soft cap, or not getting any traction in the next few months or so.

Maybe it’s because ICOs are not regulated and investors like me holds all of the risks.

Until now, there are still new ICOs emerging. However, there are also new ones such as STOs (security token offerings), IEOs (initial exchange offerings), and so on. It seems that both STOs and IEOs are already being considered the next big thing in raising crypto funds for starters.

With their ongoing emergence, are ICOs gonna be over soon? Are they gonna saturate and may phase out due to projects turning to STOs and IEOs?

I wanna know about your thoughts regarding this one, and I would greatly appreciate it whether if you agree or not with my opinion. Thank you in advance.

Why do you worry so much when ICO compared to IEO/STO are not so different at all? IEOs are  just ICOs using exchanges to raise money and I don't know STOs a lot but they required KYC and stricter whitelisting.  You are very weird because you should be glad actually.

ICO's popularity has been decrease since last year because large number of scam ICO's which caused investors thinking twice to invest again and difficult to restore again investors confident to invest at ICO's again so if this situations not getting better i think possibly for next several years ICO's eventually will be disappears but sometimes i was wondering if bear market not happened whether ICO's still profitable or not
I can assure you that ICO will soon die in the bear market and this market has changed very quickly in the last 3 months so it is certain that scammers in ICO projects will soon disappear in the future. Now is the time to choose the coins that are available in the market to invest because it can help you find truly potential projects and if you want to be more risky then the then the IEO is your new choice

ICOs are on a decline but I don't think they will be phased out completely. There are projects that start out as an ICO then after a few months, they switch to IEOs.

I think you are right and the ICO time is over. Even if you look at the bounty companies, all new projects are carried out by IEO. I think that with this approach, everything becomes more transparent, the more famous the exchange on which IEO is held, the more guarantees that enough funds will be raised.

As it is not sad, but the ico in its former form will not return. Ieo, too, will soon die out because what is created only for speculators can not live long.

I don't know what will happen with ICO in the future, but I really agree if ICO must be replaced with another new and effective method to raise a fund. And today IEO are coming to us and bring a new hope to investor. Try to fix trust from investor and give a proof that crypto market are still legit.

I think ICO will not end soon, not any projects can be sold through exchange or STO. For projects like these, they still call for investment money from venture capitalists themselves, or if potential projects will earn small investors. However, gradually such projects are less, but it does not completely disappear

I don't think ICO is going to phase out completely in the crypto space, because not all startups would be able to afford the funds for listing their coin for IEO, and we would still keep seeing people investing in ICO especially newbies who don't really know what is going on in the space and just want to make free money for themselves, though ICO will not be popular as it used to be in time past, since most investors would have moved to a more better way of crowdfunding such as IEO and STOs.

Any team that does ico in 2019 are pretty much hitting themselves with a rock in the head. Investors demand less risk, and IEOs can give it to them. So it can be said that icos are phased out now.

I don't think so, although there are many who complain and report about ico scam, but some parties still support the scheme from ico as a way to launch good and effective products. I think the improvements made will make ico better.

Ico will not long
you look at prices when they go on exchanges
nobody even tries to sell at a good price
and the price is constantly falling
Investors probably go mad looking at it
