I dont think so,but if there are bounty projects that offers ico then this way of fundraising will not be phase out.Amd now some are saying that the IEo is much better than ICO but it depends on how the project is,even they use ico or ieo if the project is not good investors will nlt go to invest in that project.Like this project the Dencoin tokens that has the power to grow over the dump so let us invest in this project.
Well if you do the comparative analysis, you would see that the prospect of having a good project in IEO is far better than that in ICO and this is the reason why people say that IEO is far better than ICO. I personally think that IEO has an edge over ICO and this is good for crypto startups as well because the more investors participate in IEO, the more funds raised.
Yes this is right. I have been part of one IEO so far and I have been able to make some money as the token I had purchased had gained good value. I am confident that in days to come, IEO would be the word of the mouth and not ICO and I think it will happen because there is no reason it will not. There is profitability in there and people will invest big.

ICO has long ceased to attract a large audience. And I think that project developers have realized that the cost of creating an imaginary project is large and can not be compared with income.
Yes you're right it's this same projects that has gone to exchanges to start conducting IEOs in time something else will pop up. But the idea of IEOs is good, scam will be reduced to the barest minimum.

If IEO s are the next big thing then ICOs are not dead, they are just evolving to something a bit different.
IEOs are emerging because of the past scam rate , same for STOs.
But regarding the STOs ,so far it seems that they are not living up to the hype which most of the people thought they will make. Not even close.

Looking at the current situation of lot of scams, I think ico's should be regulated.
This will introduce strict rules on what will be the cost toons that ico can be initiated.
There are many factors which are important to decide the faith of the ico which includes the development of the project, area, exchanges listing and other technical details.
With regulations, there will be transparency and people can easily invest in the genuine project.
Also due to introduction of IEOs there is a decrease in ICOs.From my point of view, IEOs are far better than ICOs. There are many things. First, with IEO, investors are sure about the exchange the coin is listing because this is the first step to start the IEO. With ICOs, even though it's completed, most of the projects list coin after a certain period, which few investors are not happy with.
With ICO, there is lack of transparency. It is the team who updates the fund raised bar on their website. It is very difficult to know the exact amount of funds raised.
With IEO, responsibility is also with exchanges launching that IEO to build confidence in existing and new users.

Probably I expect this to happen as many has lost interest in the ico. If the ICO era has continued, new potential projects would have faced a lot of difficulty so IEO have saved the face of crowdfunding on the blockchain industry.

It is already out. The second generation of ICOs were STOs. and the third generation are IEOs.
But it is not about the form how you sell your tokens. You need to make your token unique.

I do not think that the ICO will disappear somewhere, even now and a new hype IEO, but as far as I know the ICO project comes out more profitable and cheaper , it's good for us when we know that the project goes to the IEO with the subsequent listing, and for the project it is a huge cost to conduct it.

It depends on the project. By IEOs it does not matter what project is holding a token sale, the only thing that matters is the exchange where the token is held. So I hope we will return to ICOs, so people would care more about the real potential.

Things have change so much since the time where projects did an ICO have  become scam, people are now aware and are not sending coins to invest, not even to the new IEO. Games are changing too, EOS and TRON tokens aren't doing ICO nor IEO either so that a new way to  tokenize projects not even asking  for funds. ICOs I guess is indeed are goner.

It seems to me that ICO will succeed in returning to the market and further develop because he had a lot of successful projects that were popular and made very good money

The frequent reasons why other ico ages do not disturb because they are not reached or have been It entails investment, or not reached the minimum amount of i should be raised funds. the reason why is lacking in people who invest so no one has reached the target. But the Dencoin tokens will be a succesful ico that we may have and you must try this project.

Maybe or maybe not. Well in fairness to ICO, many projects has been very successful during the golden years of ICO because the investors really supportive in terms of funding good projects. Now that scammers are everywhere and IEO/STO are already an option, there is a great possibility that ICO will be phase-out or improve into ICO 2.0 or with different term.

Most likely, the ICO will continue to exist. At the moment, the ICO is a very good tool for raising funds and large-scale PR of project.

For a long time ico is not popular , and ieo, too, I think may soon become extinct , yet now many are turning to those projects that have a good product!
ICO becomes popular because of so many projects succeed during its era and now IEO are also popular because many projects makes good money with that so I think they will not stop from providing us a good coins to choose for or even making a new way to invest. ICO will not going to phase out, it just like ETH will die anytime soon which is too impossible. I think ICO are still on the bear trend, but it will also recover and investors will trust it again history will repeat itself.

I doubt if ICO will ever end. The devil you know is better than the angel you do not know. The nature of projects that has the most tendency to disguise and not easily noticeable as scam are STOs, because i have seen a lot of scam STOs, yet they claimed they are legally backed up by regulatory bodies. Any STO that does not have the required document from SEC, which should also be confirmed from them, should be seen as potential scam.
personally i am still doubt with STO.they could claimed has legal back up from regulator , but unfortunately they could not proved it.i am prefer IEO that give us more security in our fund after projects tradeable in market.

You are saying that the ICO will end. It is when something disappears, you do not receive something more sophisticated? So we are waiting for this moment.

I think ICC will continue to exist. Although most of icos are scam. What I believe is the number of ico investors will decrease because there have been many disappointed investors investing in ico.

You do not need to hold an IEO or STO if you are doing outstanding marketing, there were enough examples, even in 2018 where there were no IEOs, some projects did well and even collected their hardcap on the falling market.

While this is true, there are other factors worth noting and two of those that give IEOs an edge are as follows:
1. Trust: Most ICOs are met with skepticism and the fact that exchanges vouch for the projects they perform the fundraising for, investors are most likely going to trust IEOs more easily.
2. When Exchange??? - I'm sure you know what I mean. Wink Wink Grin Grin
