Which country do you mean? And what kind of regulatory framework do you mean?

it might be a popular consensus that icos are phasing out but the reality is, it is only happening because the scams have existed. Soon? I really think the end is very near. ICOs are no longer working that is no team is considering that path again Instead IEO has taken the show and is doing well to a greater extent. Nevertheless, in this space many things are possible, one day ICOs might start getting attention but I think it will be more analysed to reduce the rate of scams within it..

Aren't you think IEOs better than the Scam ICOs and failing projects? With those scams, investors lost their whole investments. some failed project do refund investments. but not all of them. in that case, invest money in IEOs we can sell our tokens with little loss by wise decisions. If IEOs and STOs got success many people will not go for the ICOs. so definitely it will affect to the ICOs.

With the rise of IEO everything is done with the ICO with them phase out soon there will be a less scam project will emerge this coming months. however I think scammer will think another way to scam people using IEO so still we need to be careful and let not the new exchanges fool us.

I think the crypto community must get rid of ICO already. Its aftermath made people lose hopes on crypto. Even with AMLs and KYCs the safety is not ensure and scammers also made a living by selling identities. Some utility tokens from ICOs are also shit and made no progress at all, only few did the right thing. We still looking forward if IEO will make a successful run and if it rids the bad things we experienced on ICO. We just need to eliminate ICOs from now on for the sake of crypto reputation.

I agree with your statement above, but we need to know it seems impossible to delete ICO. In my opinion, ICO, IEO and STO are currently competing with each other and offering investors different ways. it's just that the investors are more dominant to choose the one that becomes an attraction.

I don't think so. For me it won't happen as long as their still an investors that willing to invest into ICO projects. Because in ICO's there 's till alot of projects that the investors can get good investments in promoting projects. Dencoin is one of the project that can make good investment to the. So I might say that ICO will never be phased out.
