no, ico is only holding longer for income to the moon which is certainly bigger than the previous one. believe me, ico will definitely be better than the previous one.

ICO did not die, however, such a state cannot be called a full life. I think that they will continue to exist. yup that's right.we don't know how the future is, but i think the ICO will come back famous and that will again attract investor confidence.

After participating in several ICO project, which turned out to be scam projects. My hard earned money disappeared in to thin air, with no way to trace or recover my money back. I had to act like it never happened to get it off my mind and move on.

They are not yet dead but struggling, even a good project is having a hard time reaching their softcap this is because investors are losing confidence and shifted their investment to IEO, which is more safe and profitable for them, investors want a good investment and a safe one.
not all ICOs will be a scam, there are also those that are truly real and worth investing, if you are no longer sure about ICO, just try investing in the IEO.

Not yet, but this market will have to reorganize in another way and think about ICO if it's very necessary and make sense for its development. I think 80% of the ICOs have clearly demonstrated that their fundraising was unnecessary. I've invested in only 2 ICOs since joining the cryptos and every now and then I do some bounty campaign, but it's rare.
Unfortunatelly, many ICOs were not transparent with the raised funds and they are not a popular investment form as they were before. Nearly 20 times less investment in ICOs in March vs the same period last year.

I think that very few projects can bring real benefits. most likely in a few years, 90 percent of the projects will simply disappear Some ICO just don't get enough funds now a days, the project you have supported didn't get it too. If they are not fraud they should be able to refund investors but if I'm to assume were not refunded to which you can say you are robbed. Its not surprising in this crypto winter season. There ain't nothing you can do but about it anymore but post a warning to all.
I agree on this statement, ICO nowadays serves as a milking cow for fraud projects, if not they should refund its investors, but ive known a lot of good projects during ICO phase, but it ended being gone, its really hard which project is good,some are just being created to scam people.
With this market, eventually supposedly good ICO's cannot survive that's why they exit and will turned to scam. Those projects are the ones who have no experience on how to survive on this bearish market.
Probably that is true that those ICOs they will not continue their sales because of the situation of bad condition of the market but i do not think so they turn into scam maybe they will launching again when the market is stable.

Now is definitely not the best time for the ico , but I think it's better to skip them now , and wait for the return of the bullish trend then I think the ico will return!

Yes, Most of the legitimate projects are being privately funded. Its better to stay-away from ICO, I participated in a ICO and it turns out that its being managed by greedy corporate crooks.
